Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork is a guided practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to help release stress, trauma, and tension stored in the body. By connecting more deeply with your breath, you can access the body’s natural ability to regulate, restore balance, and create emotional release in a safe and supportive way.
Each 60-minute individual session is personalized to meet your needs in the moment. The approach may vary—from calming and grounding to more activating and releasing—based on what feels supportive for your system that day.
Breathwork can be a powerful complement to therapy, allowing you to move through emotions and experiences that words alone may not reach. Clients often leave sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.
